Can anybody tell me???????/

What are the two wires (green in color) coming from the firewall(grommet in center) running down the drivers side fenderwell? They are in a black rubber sheath and run down behind battery. They are cut off? They are on my 70' Cutlass Supreme. Thanks

The horn wire comes through the firewall connector, not a grommet. Grommets were only used for accessories and the HVAC harness. I'm with Eric - these don't sound original. Lots can happen in 45 years.
