Brake/Hazard lights not working

I've got a '72 Cutlass and the brake lights won't light up when pressing on the brakes. So looking into the possible problems, I first thought to check the fuse. Knowing the hazard lights also run from the same fuse, I checked to see if they worked before pulling the fuse. They don't work either, so I was feeling confident that the fuse was my issue. The fuse was fine, and just in case, I replaced it anyways. Still no brake lights. The lights work with the blinkers and when the head lights are on so the bulbs aren't an issue, right..?

I'm also getting power to the brake light switch.

Any other ideas of what to check on..?

Thanks!

Do the brake lights work if you bypass the brake light switch?

Since your problem is both the brake lights and the 4-ways, the problem is probably in your signal light switch.

Push and pull the hazard light switch a few times and see what happens. Probably will need a new turn signal switch.
