Hi All I Have A 72 Cutlass Blower Only Runs On High Speed .I Pulled The Resistor Out And It Looks Ok. Did A Ohm Check No Opens But I Don't Know What The Spec Should Be As Far The Ohms Any Help/

 

Tap on the high blower relay.

Do you have a service manual? The diagram is in the book.

 

Tap on the high blower relay. If that gets the slower speeds going, more than likely the relay contacts are stuck or pitted.

I could not find my manual then finally did , checked the relay not working . removed it and bench tested now working . I think it was intermittent on failing. Replaced relay and tested now good. Thanks for the help.
