How about more info. Which "other 2"? What does "checked ground, power, and bulb" mean?

The front park/turn socket has two contacts, one for the park light filament and one for the turn signal filament. The outer housing of the socket is ground. Did you actually use a VOM or test light to probe directly on those terminals, or did you "check power and ground" someplace else? Does the park light work?

Parking light/blinker does not work, tested it with a power probe. The right side lights work and the left rear lights work. The light in question when tested flashes green which if ground thought thatvwas weird but the left rear light which works does the same thing.

One more time. The front socket has TWO terminals in the bottom of it. Are you saying that with the park lights on, you get no power on the park light terminal, and with the turn signal on you get no power at the turn signal terminal?

If that is true, then disconnect the two wire connector that goes to the socket and test there. If you are getting power at the connector, then obviously you need to find the problem between the connector and the socket.
