Alternator Conversion to Internal Regulator

I have a 1970 Cutlass 350-4V w/ AC and alternator with external regulator, and a "GEN" light in the dash. I am changing the alternator/external regulator to a new Remy alternator (91751) with internal regulator. The regulator terminals are marked F(blue), 2(white), 3(red), 4(brown). What are the correct jumper connections at this 4-wire harness connector? Have seen a couple of conflicting methods, just want to get it right. Thank you!

Thanks for the posts. It is wired and installed, and is charging at 14.6-14.7v. However, there is a terrible whining sound from the new alternator when driving/accelerating. Is that characteristic of these Remy alternators or is it defective? The old one never made any noise.

The noise is not normal. Sounds like a bad bearing.
