72 cutlass turn signal ground help!

I've got a '72 cutlass s thats been an on and off resto project for nearly 20 yrs. My aunt started it and then stopped doing anything with it. i've been working on it the last couple of yrs now.

My biggest issue right now is with the turn signals. The left side works fine but the right side flashes fast with the lights off and stays on with the lights on and both rear corner lamps flash dimly with the right side.

I'm looking for the grounds but cant find any. If anyone could help out with this, it would be greatly appreciated.

This right here.. "the right side flashes fast with the lights off and stays on with the lights on and both rear corner lamps flash dimly with the right side." has bad ground written all over it.

I am almost thinking the sockets are metal and they ground right to the tail light housings which ground to the bumper, then to the frame. Is the inside of the socket clean? That is a common issue.
