72 Cutlass speed indicator lighting

Hi guys,
I have a problem with the lighting of my tachometer. The bulbs
are are ok and should work. What is wrong Could the switch be damaged?
All headlights work as they should.

dash tach?

factory connections to the printed ckt board are famous for failing, easy fix after you get it out.

Mechanically secure the pins with inserts, tab peening, and/or epoxy. Solder as needed to ensure a proper electrical connection. Test and re-repair as needed.

GREASE the pins with silicone grease so they will come out of the connector in the future. Reassemble.
