71 442 power window wiring

I am installling power windows and have a question about the routing of the quarter window wiring. Does the wiring for the motor go through the large round hole in the bottom of the quarter just above the floor and does the switch wiring stay on the interior side of the quarter or go through the hole as well and then go up to the switch area? Are there suppose to be rubber plugs for the holes for the wiring? Thanks.

Brian,
This may help. I parted a '71 Supreme with pw, pl, & power bench. Tried to take a picture of every part as I disassembled.

Scott, those pictures are fantastic! I appreciate your help so much. I notice the factory drills an extra hole in the bottom of the quarter area for the wire to the motor and uses a rubber grommet. It's not a huge deal, but do you have any of those grommets that you could part with? I know you may want to keep them for someone buying the whole harness. Thanks again for your efforts.

Brian,
Sorry I sold the whole set up a couple years ago. Your other parts will go out today or tomorrow.

Thanks, no problem. I worked on the wires going from front to back and to the quarter windows this morning, those pictures were a huge help.
Many thanks.
