When I put this car together , I had no idea where the Ignition coil is to be mounted! I have aftermarket intake. This is where I mounted it, with a spacer to set above valve covers, but under air cleaner. can someone show in a picture where it is supposed to go on a 1970 350.

 

The factory intake has a drilled/threaded boss for mounting the coil bracket. It would be in the same general area where you have your coil mounted, but on top of the intake.
