While removing rear set, noticed rear armrest courtesy light wiring has been repaired by past owner and doesn't look good. Light sometimes works and others doesn't. Appears orange and white wires from each courtesty light is factory sliced in to harness running along trans tunnel. Orange wire at splice has broken and there are butt connectors near each bulb assembly. Is there a replacement harness for this section or does it go all the way to the front or would it be easier to repair the issues. I tried to research on line and haven't been able to find a harness for this

Don't over think this, just replace the wires and use solder and heat shrink instead of the butt spices. The wires will be hidden and the light does not care what color they are. The orange wire is hot at all times and the white is the switched ground side operated by the door pin switches and the headlight rotary switch.

 

figured that was going to be the solution. was hoping there would be a replacement harness w/ new wires and bulb connector.

American Autowire has replacement harnesses that are plug and play, but are very expensive.
