1968 Olds Cutlass Rear View Mirror
I have a rear view mirror that has a map light in it. When I disconnected my mirror to get it restored, there is a gray wire that traveled under the
molding and eventually under my dash. When I went under the dash
there was a connector on the end of the gray wire that was connected to the the connector with this little 2 inch long orange wire (see attached photo) that was just hanging there. By any chance does anyone know where this orange wire gets connected?

Look on page 315 of this link: http://wildaboutcarsonline.com/membe...ASM_SEC_12.pdf I believe that was the clock power feed.
