I have it.... I checked my fuses... thx for that... FYI my book is black and white.. I only spent $80 on it from fusick, I guess the pages with the colored wires were more expensive.... then I spent another whatever and got the "Assembly Manual" as well.. Also black and white wiring diagram..

My car has a lot of the pigtails missing off the harnesses and one prong was broken off of the blower motor relay.. and the Max speed black/orange wire was missing from the horn relay. So its hard when your looking at a mess someone else created. they hosed all the wires down with black paint also.... anyways...

I just turned a corner on my own... lol, and found the brown lead was getting power into but not out of the controls.... So when I dropped it down it looked like perfect sense why there was a bad connection there...

Do I clean... I guess I'll just Google if I can replace just the 2 removable switches cheaply...

Jaybone,

MDchanic aka Eric...sorry I've been butchering your handle. lol Just found where your post went Jaybone.

I was able to clean and repair the switches on my A/C Control Head. I played around and fixed the little proximity switches as well but wound up sending the Rotary Vacuum Valves to Old Air Products for rebuilding. The 67 has 2.

The switches can be found. Check: www.thepartsplaceinc.com ; tony.r@oldairproducts.com ; or hollar at Ron @ Classic Auto Air in Tampa 813 251 2356. One of them should have 'em or know where you can get 'em. Old Air has a lot of NOS stuff. I've seen the switches somewhere else but don't remember.

I bought my CSM and Body Manual online and got a disk that has a whole lotta fuzzy pics and color but some what hard to read diagrams for like $40. Really invaluable info on dat dar disk. Eric got his when they were fist published!!! lol

Eric is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheers!!
