1966 Starfire power window question

With the help of a great friend we got the passenger window to go up by putting power to the motor. My question is "How do I get to the wires for the rear qtr window?" They are appear to be connected at the motor to the harness from the drivers side. We want to bypass the switch like we did in the door. I looked at CSM and couldn't find what I needed. Thanks.

Matt

getting the window UP is the goal. need to hotwire the rear motor to put power to it since the motor didn't work when we put power to the switch. The front window motor did work when we bypassed the switch.

pull the back seat bottom, and lower inside trim panel. should have wires right there from the motor to the switch.
