1964 Cutlass Convertible Wiper Motor Issue

Had to change the master cylinder so I removed the wiper motor from the firewall. Wipers were working prior to removal. Reinstalled and now they are not working. I usually take good pics before I remove parts but didn’t this time. I believe I have the plugs the right way and I will get a click when I turn the key. Any ideas on an issue. I only pigged in the plugs to see if motor would work. I have not bolted the whole unit together yet. Is that how it is grounded?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

3 prongs for 1 plug. Does the vertical prong get a plug??

Run a jumper wire from the motor frame to a good clean grounding point. It should work. Take a wire brush to all the wiring plugs too, both plug side and motor side.

With blue paint looks like it's been replaced at some point in the car's life. I've gotten several rebuilt units from NAPA that were painted that color blue.

Thanks. I will give that a try. Hoping it is just a weak ground when not bolted down
