Hi All,


I have seem to have lost the brackets that bolt to the floor on the front of the front seat, they are the ones that the front seat slides into.


Does anyone know what they look like are they like a chev?


Long shot but would anyone know were to get them?

John (2blu442) has a couple of parts cars and likely has these. Good guy to deal with. He will probably speak up when he sees this.

 

I had my seats out just the other day(new carpet) but sorry I took no pictures. Hopefully John has those parts or at least pictures. You might give him a PM if he dosn't respond quickly. They will be like a Buick's if that will help you find them any easier.... Tedd

I have found Chev ones but I am unsure if there are the same as olds.

I have found a picture of a chev front seat retainer, I am wondering if its the same as a olds or buick?

I bought the powder coated Chevy ones off EBay for a 57 Olds and they fit and work well- they are pretty much the same bracket

 

The Stainless steel one listed on EBay for '55-'57 Chevrolet says they measure 3 1/16" from hole center to hole center and are $11.95 a set. Larry
