Many Oldsmobiles of the 1980's used these roller lifters
Diesels
7A headed 307's [5.0L]
Should be readily available at Rockauto.com
try a 1987 Olds Cutlass 442 with VIN-Y roller cam 5.0L for a listing.

http://www.rockauto.com/

The diameter should be 0.921", right? [23.39mm]

Actually, RockAuto shows different part numbers for the diesel and 307 roller lifters.

Yeah, yeah, I'm the one who always points out the errors in RockAuto's online catalog...

In any case, they have a listing for a 1979 diesel and show Sealed Power P/N HT2065 as the correct lifter, at $6.37 apiece. They also show McQuay-Norris P/N VL210 for about half that price.

the three marks are irrelevant
you need the right diameter
with a roller
and new and working right

that's it.
