Just rebuilt 57 s88 371 engine and have 50lb of oil to the rockers but there doesn't seem to be a lot of oil on the camshaft, need help thanx

 

These were prone to early wear - partially I believe because of this oiling issue...I've seen pictures of plumbing under the valley pan to spray oil onto the camshaft but I'm not sure how it's accomplished.

I know 56's had a problem with soft cams didn't know about 57's oiling problems, can anyone here elaborate on this, curious minds would like to know......Tedd
