Does anyone know where I can find a new package tray for a 2dr hard top 1965 Olds 88?

 

When I bought a new one for my '67 Delmont 88, I couldn't find anyone offering new package trays for full-size Olds. I knew Olds shared rooflines and rear windows with the other GM big cars, so I checked out Ames Performance (Pontiac vendor) and found they offered both standard and deluxe mesh package trays for Catalina, Bonneville and Grand Prix. I ordered the corresponding part ('67 Catalina 2DHT) and it fits and looks exactly like the original.

I bought my carpet and armrest pads & bases through Ames also.

 

Fusick used to carry them. Are they discontinued?

 

I just checked Fusick's B & C body catalog and didn't see any mention of them. They could probably get one if someone asked. The package trays are made by PUI, I think.

 

In my '65 Delta 88 it needed to be replaced to so I just made my own out of some wood paneling that I had and covered it with material that I bought at the fabric store.

 

A piece of short loop carpet works as a cheap substitute as well.

 

just order one from impala bobs for a 65 impala

or from ames for a 65 pontiac full size. it will be the same.
