I have a question on removing the heater control valve on my '50 88. I see how it's conected to the firewall, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the **** rod removed without bending/breaking anything. I'm sure its something easy and I'm over thinking it, but thought I'd ask before i do something stupid. Does anyone have any information on it? It's not in the shop manual.
