Well, the basic specs are the same (wheel base, track width, etc.) so it seems likely, but I can't confirm it - don't have the part numbers.

I have a 63 olds convertible with a good body and excellent interior with rust issues on the front inside of the frame rails, I have found a 64 olds Starfire convertible the body and floor are totally rusted out but the frame is in good condition, so I was thinking about trading out the frame instead of trying to repairing the 63 olds 88 frame , I don't have any part numbers to go by

As long as you go convertible to convertible frames they should swap with no issues. The hard top frames are not boxed in and not strong enough for a convertible. Any other useful convertible or interior pieces good on the Starfire you don't plan on using? Dean
