Hi guys,

I want to replace my fan shroud with a new one or 2 piece. I can't seem to find a place to sell them with a guaranted OEM replacement. Anyboby know what else definetly fits and where to buy it? I plan on putting the AC back on in the future (didn't know if it makes a difference?)

I just caught the MAW fever and redoing the entire front end. First timer and a PITA but I have the end in mind.

I doubt you'll find a new one, but you shouldn't have too hard a time getting a used one. So far as I know, they are the same from 67-70 for all 88/98 series.

i found one on this forum,
sent it from cannada to the netherlands.
it was only dusty with i cleaned with wd40 and looks new now.

new ones i did'nt find also.

same with trim peaces etc, the differend type 69' 88 olds having also minor differences.
like window trim and side trim peaces.

i ordered a window trim the upper part of the front window, it is 2 inches shorter than the convertible.

the schroud would fit in all the 69' 88 but look first if you got a HD fan schroud.
they are larger, and i do not know of there is a difference in size of the schroud.

Do you know if the 350 and 455 shrouds are the same? Do you think an Impala's shroud would fit or full size of GM product for the same year?

Where around Buff R U from? I basicly grew up in Hamburg. Now in NC. Skyway auto parts got 2 of my 69 delta's... I loved them so much I got another when the wife left.

Rich, I've lived in the Village of Hamburg most of my life. Small world, huh?
Back in the 80's I used to make regular trips through Skyway, looking for good Olds stuff.

350 and 455 engines used the same shroud. No other GM vehicles would interchange.
