Body mounts 69' Delta 88
Twostroke! I hate 2-stroke engines! I can't ever get my chainsaw to run right!

Really though, body mounts will be next to impossible to find for your car unless you get lucky and score NOS parts on Ebay. You can try these two places. I know you can probably get Chinesium steering and suspension parts:

You might consider fabricating your own body mounts using hockey pucks. I've read about guys doing this for subframe bushings in late model GM H bodies (88, 98, LSS, Bonneville, etc.). Apparently, it's common practice with old school hot rods too. I regularly read topics on the HAMB and I know some of our members are active there too.

This is how I got into vintage stuff , by restoring my 91 honda CR 250
thanks for the info tho , I might get someone to fabricate some mounts , I can't believe the lack of aftermarket parts for these cars. shocking

The full size cars are not popular to restore and thus not well supported by the repro parts companies. No one makes specific body mounts for these cars. You MIGHT find that mounts from other more popular cars are close enough. As an example, no one markets the radiator core support mounts for my 67 Delta. I matched up my old ones with all the ones Fusick had in their trailer at Carlisle. It turns out that the 1973-77 Cutlass core support mounts are nearly identical to those from my 67 Delta.
Fwiw, When I restored my '75 Delta, I went with urethane body mounts that fit a 71-77 Cutlass (as well as urethane suspension bushings) but went back to original rubber bushings b/c ride became too harsh. The B body requires one additional pair of body bushings than A body but were dimensionally very similar (diameter & thickness). Highly recommend urethane suspension (edit 'not body) bushings for your Delta
I collected B body bushing sets from several 71-76 B/C vehicles where some appear to have different thickness and possibly hardness and some are marked with different striped colors. I've read that GM put different body (thickness & hardness) in different locations of the frame but I would ask others to chime in.

Scott, you are correct. At least, GM used different bushings in different locations in later model cars. Each bushing had a different part number and was also color coded. The problem with bushings for a 69 Delta 88 is that since they're so rare (NOS parts might not even exist for this anymore), the OP will either have to use bushings from another vehicle or fabricate his own bushings. It would be interesting to know if GM was doing this back in the 60s.
The only complete set of rubber OEM mounts I could find when look for my 83 Delta was a set for the G Body Buick GNX from GBodyParts.com. You WILL be short 2 mounts however. And I have found THAT company to be difficult to deal with. Otherwise, get the OEM part numbers and " do a search". Good Luck.
Neil Stoker needs a set down in Australia also, I am trying to buy a 70 98 convertible and hope to be able to remove and mark all the body mounts bag and tag them. This hopefully will help figure out what matches since he has order two sets and needs to figure out location of each
Do you or Neil plan on ordering body mounts for a 1970 98? If so, check out the comments above. You won't be able to find them reproduced. Your only options are waiting for a NOS set to show up on Ebay, fabricating your own or adapting the body mounts from another car. Maybe an Impala?

Yes we understand they are not available, neil has ordered sets from someone saying they would fit, unmarked as to location of each mount, at this time his body was off the frame already. I am willing to help by removing a used set and marking each location, so at that point maybe we cam match a set from impala or something else. All in hope to help ya all. Trying to find a complete car that I can salvage parts for my 70 at the same time is difficult as you all know!!!
Joe--It is a pleasure to be able to contribute something perhaps useful here. I am interested if any of these ("CARS") body bushings will work for the application in question. My suggestion is for the OP to take some measurements. So often parts for orphaned makes and models cannot be sourced in a conventional way.
