Bet ya never seen one !

1973 Delta 88 6 door limousine. Anyone have any information about this ?

Probably a Stageway/Armbruster car. They built most of the multi-door limo's during that time period.

They couldn't have chosen a top flight 98 to modify ?.....and manual windows to boot...some limousine ! Very interesting, nonetheless.

I would guess it was probably a funeral home limo. It certainly was not an executive limo and I don't thnk they used airport limos anymore.

Phillips (66) Petroleum Co. here in town used to have 8 door limo cars in the 60's and 70's and later had 8 door Suburbans! The church I went to in the early/mid 80's had an 8 door Pontiac limo that we took on trips. I have seen a few others but not in quite a few years.

I think the long vans made these 6-door limos pretty obsolete. The were a lot cheaper I am sure.
