Hi all, tried getting answers on an existing thread, no luck.

1985 Delta 88 Royale Brougham, hidden wiper system with delay. Washer pump doesn't work. And more annoyingly, when you switch wipers OFF, they keep going, full sweep. Sometimes they park after 3, 4 sweeps ... sometimes it's more like 40.

I believe I have ruled out a switch problem --- with switch OFF, the gray wire on the plug (next to white, purple) is grounded.

Will a washer pump with circuit board fix my problem? And is this all I need? Looking at AC Delco 86713. http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo....449&cc=1215087

I am posting an update for anyone who comes across this thread -- the AC delco kit fixed the problem.
