2 questions, 69 delta 2 door

1. Is the rear package shelf the same as a non-Custom Impala ?
2. what would the carpet color be with a light blue metallic interior?

I doubt the Impala parts would fit your Delta 88 properly. I'm not sure about carpet colors. I thought paint and interior colors could be ordered individually?

Unless you're doing a concours restoration I suggest you check out Kanter. They have aftermarket "generic" interior kits that should help you restore your Olds.

If you're doing a concours restoration then contact SMS for OE fabrics and find an interior guy in your area that can stitch new seat covers and recover the package tray.

Not sure about a 1969, but on my 1967 Delta the package shelf is the same as on the same year Impala. I got a repro from Hubbard's Impala Parts. Check to see if the glass interchanges. If it does, there's a good chance the package shelf also interchanges. On my 67, all the glass is the same from the Delta to an Imp.

I have a 1968 Delmont 88 with the light blue interior. The carpet color is a medium blue. Here is a picture. Sorry it is a bit dirty🙁. I would imagine yours is the same. If you get the trim number off your cowl tag and go to SMS Auto Fabric, you can look it up and have them send you a sample. If you order from them, please allow 1-2 years for delivery.

I’m pretty sure REM Auto makes all of the package trays that everyone sells. I’d give them a call…

Similarly, most all replacement carpet comes from ACC (Auto Custom Carpet). You can order off their site or contact them for samples.

Hope this helps,

Thanks it's probably similar in the 69, although it has a dark blue dashboard

Sent door panels to be redone back in July of 2019. Still don’t have them. I assume the will show up before I kick the bucket, but who knows.
