I'm sure this question has been asked numerous times... but does anyone have any tips on how to remove the hubcaps without the wrench key on my 1985 Delta 88. I have to get new tires and I want to keep the old school hubcaps. I've tried needle nose pliers. No luck. Thanks!

Look for a letter stamped into the end of the bolt and then go the wreckers and buy or borrow a correct wrench for the lock.

There are usually some on eBay.

In the meantime if you have some old beater socket(s) you don't care about .....

You could always find one close to the diameter of the lock bolt & try to tap it on there fairly snug.

One of those cheap *** Gator sockets will do.
