Non ac car. What size is my radiator? 3 row, 4 row? If it is a 3 can the car fit a 4 row?

 

It's not necessarily the number of rows that matters. Here's a photo of a two-row radiator side-by-side with a four-row. But both are about the same overall width because the rows in the two-row are wider.

Take the cap off, and, with a flashlight, peer down inside and count how many side-by-side "rows" you see using this photo as a guide.
