1969 whiper question

Does anyone know what kind off whipers original came on the 88 delta?

I know they original type of whiper hide under the hood and also were "used" on GT40 and ferrari's. (read it in oldsmobile performance portofolio)

The ones that i now have are to big to hide under the hood in rest position.
And want to order new ones that are simmular to the original ones.

NAPA has a line of "classic car" wipers, which look similar to the originals.

Your best bet is just to get a set from a member here from a junkyard car.
As far as I know, they don't make them anymore.
The main problem with the originals is that it's hard to get the right size refills now. The last set I put in took me over an hour to slowly push refills that ALMOST fit through the slots in the blades.

So there aren't new ones that also fit under the hood?

I don't fully understand - any wiper arms that are the right size should fit under the edge of the hood .

Got any pictures?

I shall make some pictures.

But simple explained, the whiperblades are to big in high to fit under the "well" of the hood
