Often (Sometimes) the tag is no longer attached. In this case look for four numbers stamped onto the top of the carburetor in one of the four corners - you may need to clean it off good. Those four numbers will be the last four numbers of the Model Number of the carburetor. Add the number '700' to the front of those four numbers and that will tell you the number of your carburetor e.g. 700xxxx
If you're going to clean it all up, you might consider a rebuild kit. Rebuild kits are available for the 4GC and they're quite easy to do yourself.

Yeah my original carburetor is being rebuilt that one did have the tag on top of the carburetor. I ended up taking it to sparkys carburetor rebuilds his located in Wisconsin.
I ended buying a similar 4 barrel rochester from a guy in Florida same engine and year car just different model. Got it from ebay i cleaned it up put it on the car just so i can drive it around while my original one is getting rebuilt.
its running okay but started to leak fuel.
