Will a drive shaft from a 75 Cutlass with 400 trans work/fit in a 67 Cutlass with same trans? Thanks!

You need to measure your car to see what will and will not fit. I cant answer the question directly but I have found for what a new shaft costs its advantageous to get a new unit made. Go to Dennys Driveshafts for a visual on how to measure and ID which ujoints you have. Follow link click on diagram B.

Both the wheelbase and the rear axle are different between those cars, so not even close.
