I have a 70 supreme with a peg leg with 2.56. There is a guys selling a posi traction out of an 85 cutlass. What will fit a 70 ?

 

Nope. You need a rear from a 68-72 A body.

 

Even ignoring the fact that the G-body axle is several inches narrower and has the wrong control arm attach points, a 1985 Cutlass has the 7.5" axle that was originally designed for the Chevy Vega. Do you really want that under a 70 Cutlass?

 

No for sure....knew nothing about it but had to ask
