ok kewl thought it wud be a beefer becuz how long the car is and heavy they were on top of that the engine hehe,,,i havent gotta chance to look up #'s and things to tell wut exactly the car has,,thanks fur the info dewd...

 

Put it this way. Those rears were and are in high demand for drag cars. You could get anywhere from 2.41 to 5.56 gears in them. I expect a Ninety Eight has somewhere from 2.73 to 3.23 in it, though some of them had 3.42.

 

My 64 98 had the 3.23 gears in it. There is a code you can get off of the rear end which will tell you what gears are in it.
