Eaton truetrac

Hi all, I am wanting to put an Eaton trutrac in my 76 cutlass and was wondering what all I would need to get to make it work. I was planning on rebuilding the rear end and swapping the gears from the stock 308s to something like 373s. The car is mainly just a cruiser that I occasionally take on the strip maybe once or twice a year. Any and all help is appreciated, Thanks!
