what tranny is in this car???

what tranny is in this car???

My pan is leaking on my tranny on a 1962 Olds 98 its a 3 speed if that matters...so what tranny is on it a 350 or 400??? Thanks for the help....i tried the search but no luck...

If its the original trans it is called a slim jim. The tubo 350 400 etc was not available in 1962.

You have a Roto HydraMatic 10, sometimes called a Roto 375 and more often called a Slim Jim. It's also called a lot of unspeakable things. It has absolutely nothing in common with a Turbo HydraMatic.

Fatsco or David Edwards should have your gasket.
