Should i be worried or concerned?...

Hello to all. I would love to get some replies and insight on my project,as this is my first major project.

71 cutlass supreme
350/th350
suspension and rear bone stock
not sure what ratio i have, but its very well mannered on the highway

Ok heres the fun stuff ...

455
420 hp
500 ft/lbs
bowtie overdrives stage 3 2004r with 2200 stall converter
eaton tru trac posi unit

I havent purchased the gears yet,but in dead set on 3.73. This car will probably never see the track, just alot of fun around town going light to light and a occasional road trip. Will my stock 28 spline axles hold up? Will the stock driveline be ok? If not what mods must be done? Ill be addressing the suspension last and for what im using the car for what would be the best upgrades? Thanks for the time and imput guys.

Stock or aftermarket

You should be good with all the stock original GM components as long as RUST is not a factor AND that all the mechanical parts are updated.

IE - U-joints rear differential bearings and ring and pinion gears rechecked for proper backlash IF you are keeping stock..WHICH it sounds like your changing anyways.

Check the trans mount also as it will always be left out of the works BUT can cause torque deflection and vibration issues too.

Good luck, Jim
