'54 rear, where to get parts?

I'm replaceing bearings in a rear from a 1954 Olds and need a new crushsleeve and some shims. I was told the rear was a '57 and ordered the kit from Ratech, when some of the stuff didn't work I checked the case numbers and ID'd it as a 1954 and gotten the right bearings. I've assembled it and don't like how it feels or the pattern, I'd like to get another crushsleeve, pinion shims and new seal - who should I be getting them from?
Thanks, oj
