I suspect that your 2x refers to Accessory column 2.
Does this car by any chance have a floor mounted trans shifter?

i guess i will post on this again.. i have not got much done on the car but have collected up a few more parts.. i have a 66 chevelle wagon that i can rob some of the parts i need from.. but it has the same quarter glass interior molding rust as my car has... i hope i can find some better ones to save the time of repairing mine.. my daughter wants to keep it all original and has been giving me trouble about changing it to a more modern over drive trans like a 200r4.. but i figure she will see it my way after a few more arguments.... i did get the interior cleaned out and the floorboards are fairly solid so thats good.. the seats are shot but the chevelle has a almost identical set so that will take care of that.. the engine is free so i hope it wont be much to get back in good condition. will post more when i have some more done

i have no got enough done yet to start a album.. i did get the steering fixed and pulled it up to the house to give it a good bath before i take it to the shop for tear down.. i found some rust on the cowl area below the windshield.. which caused a leak on the backside of the dash.. so i will have to cut that area out and replace the sheet metal and hope the dash damage is not severe. after i get it cleaned up a little more i will take some pics and start the build album.. i already bought a rebuilt 330 4bbl engine and a mid 80's kzf 200r4 so the parts gathering has already started..
