no compression in 2 cylinders

I have no compression in 2 of my cylinders.
1: 132..............2:115
3: 130..............4: 0
5: 90................6: 0
7: 102..............8: 110
I have no idea what it is, I am hoping it is not a cracked block.

Please help, with any advice and such

Since they are next to each other, it may be as simple as a blown head gasket. Cross your fingers

looks to me like the engine in whole is pretty bad off.

102 to 132: Not terrible, but not like new either.

2 dead adjacent cylinders: Likely a blown head gasket.

Maybe you could tell us something about your engine.
Displacement? Modifications? Compression ratio? Cam? Year? Mileage? How it runs? Did anything bad happen to it?

What info can you offer about the engine? Year, make, model, mileage or was it overheated? How did the plugs look on the zero psi cylinders compared to the others?

Zero compression is usually a valve or a hole in a piston. If you can get compressed air into the cylinders you will be able to determine the problem by where the air exits, e.g., the carburetor (bad intake valve), tailpipe (bad exhaust valve), oil fill cap/breather (rings and/or hole in piston), radiator (head gasket). A cracked block is very unlikely.

Your engine has issues if it's truly 0. As sugar gear stated a leak down test will determine where your issue is.

bent valves

I took the cylinder heads apart after the new gasket didn't do the trick. upon examination of the valves the 2 that were on bad cylinders were bent, so I replaced them and now I have compression in all cylinders.

Bent valves will kinda do that.

How'd they get bent?

Glad you found it!

Glad you found it also, x2 on the possible cause. Any piston contact?

So, you had the heads OFF and didn't check them thoroughly or have the shop llok them over for basic things like the valves are actually sealing?

How many times do you want to do this?

A wise mechanic once said, "do it once and do it right."
