My band GPR played Eastern States Nationals car show at the Berlin Fair Grounds in Berlin CT. last Sunday, we took the time to pose with my car and the car belonging to the other guitarist. I'n the one in the white tee shirt. Great day, nice weather and a couple nice Oldsmobiles too!

There is a really good classic rock band in my area called AZ*U*R (I guess a paraphrase of "as you are"). Anyway, I heard them at the Old Time days our city had a few years back. They play cool classics like "Long Train Running" by the Doobies. After listening to them a while I noticed that some of the words were different. It turned out that they are a christian group and they actually do all their songs that way plus they write their own too. The also play at some church by the same name. They were so good I went to it and couldn't believe it, they play Rock and Roll in church!!!! What a trip. Anyway, they are really good. I guess my age shows because I can get into the old 70's and 80's classic rock stuff. Not enough bands doing that out there.
