where to buy gauges set

where to buy gauges set
i have a 1980 cutlass calais with the rally pack gauges but they don't work,there was a short in the system and it messed some things up. would it be cheaper to rebuild the gauges or buy new/used ones and where can i get them?
ps the plastic housing is broken also.
