what is this metal peice called

70 cutlass s the metal strip inside the car right below the rear window trim window is leaking and metal is starting to rot is it called frontupper trunk panel cross member ?

rear package tray channel.

tulip is the correct name..but doesnt work for a cutlass unless its a 4 door, supreme or ragtop

the fast back has the window channel and the rain gutter
