What does a egt-vlv look like? And evrv,what is this?

Evrv. For 1981 olds cutlass surpreme brougham. With a 260 /4.3 motor.
Hello,the part I'm looking for is electric has 2 air lines, 1 goes to carb and one to the egr . Not sure if there is another air line should b on it too?? Air lines were off of most of motor.

The third port is just a vent to atmosphere. From the factory there was a small piece of foam over is as a filter, but that foam disintegrates.

I still don't know what this part is called. The only number on it is 9270. That is on the electric plug in. It's mounted on a metal bracket that bolts to manifold. I'd post pic but don't know how.
