Got some new parts installed last week. My Quadrajet needed a complete rebuild so I decided to step it all up at once. I had no idea what I was missing! I feel like I'm driving another car. Throttle response is awesome. Haven't had the nerve to punch it yet.

68 Cutlass Supreme 4dr. Stock 350 Rocket.

Edelbrock 600CFM carb w/ electric choke
Edelbrock intake manifold
Pertronix Ignitor conversion kit
Mallory 55k high output coil
Mallory cap and rotor
MSD Super Conductor 8.5mm wires
NOS R25S ACDelco Plugs
New radiator hoses/fuel line/fuel filter

Gotta love new parts.I like the quick start up even after sitting for a week or two with the Edelbrock carb.

some like to bitch about the air cleaner you have < I dont know good bad or different but they do scream of a younger aria . looks nice ! watched it a second time and you did a nice job wire's loomed up nice crome coil wires labeled Looks like a fun
sleeper is it a th 350 or a st 3000 transmission ?

My local mechanic did all that for me! He really knows what he is doing. I almost went with the traditional round Edelbrock air filter then I realize this filter I am using is not only a great design for max air flow but it is their cheapest air filter running at only $15! Steal if you ask me. It has a 2 speed Jetaway. Tranny is my next goal. Trying to find a good deal on a TH350 w/ shift kit.
