Hello folks, I have a '68 Olds Cutlass S with a 455 out of a '68 Toronado (cast heads). I am going to be replacing my valve springs with the heads still on the motor. However, I am having a very difficult time finding a pry type of Valve Spring Compressor. Is there a proven Valve Compressor Tool that works on Olds 455 heads? I have the stock rocker setup so I do not have studs. I just want to make sure I buy the right tool for my motor. As always, thanks for you all's help. I love this forum.

 

KD Tools 912 valve spring compressor. Available everywhere. Just use one of the rocker arm bolts to hold the compressor to the head.
