I Have A 78 Cutlass Supreme And Need To Replace Ign. Switch, Have The Wheel Off But Cannot Figure Out How To Get The Horh/locking Ring Off To Get To The Ignition

 

You use a tool called a lock ring spring compressor,Some parts stores will loan this to you if you buy there parts.Very difficult to do without but possible.Also rember to disconnect TS harness to allow for slack in wireing to get SW up out of the way/
