Rallye 350 F-85 W-31.. Thoughts?

This car is for sale on ebay. Advertised as a Rallye 350 F-85 W-31..
It appears to be a legit F-85 Rallye 4-speed. The window frames are chrome like they're supposed to be for a F-85 Rallye, data plate is in check, but I noticed that the car has #8 heads on it. It should have #6 to be a W-31, right?

This car has been discussed elsewhere on this site, it's not a W31, but keep in mind that all 350's used in 1970 had #6 heads irregardless of application. The "6" frequently looks like an "8" in pics due to the overreaching curve of the top of "6". It is a Rallye.

It's definitely an '8'.. the top loop is smaller and full around..
I'll see if I can find the other thread.. He's still getting a $27,000 bid on it.

So I am curious to the info in the Ebay car's description.
"You are looking at a very rare muscle car only 1,050 2 door post coupe Rallyes were built. Less then 20 had a 4 speed and only 5 were rumored to be factory built with the W-31 package. You don't see many Olds Rallye 350s up for sale and this is one of the best ones out there for sale today. "

I have already heard of maybe 12 of the 160 Post Cutlass Sport Coupe Rallye's being 4 speed then there is this comment of less than 20 of the 1020 F85 Rallye's being 4 speed but that seems way too low.
I would guess several hundred.

Also found a link discussing a possible but doubtful W31 Rallye 4 speed post F85 maybe the same car?

I see on the thread link something about the dealer installed W31 stuff in 1971 which could fool the later owners decades later.
