Progress on '72 Supreme

After having this orphaned Cutlass for nearly 4 years now, it's finally fulfilling what I had envisioned. Here are some recent pictures on sanding the car down for paint, some back window channel repair, buffed out hood after color sanding and a glimpse of the new vinyl top. A friend painted the car, and unfortunately left a lot of orange peel due to a very hot day when he shot it. Redemption though, after sanding down and buffing. Looks fantastic in person! I decided to do the whole car. Just sanded down a quarter panel today. ( tough work when your over the 1/2 century mark. ) I have the interior sitting around in boxes. Hope to get to that before fall is over.
