Tell us a bit about your car.

 

Well I have had it tor almost 10 years now.
A solid car with the original top and 45,000 miles,
in the shop now getting the upper engine redone.
She sat for to long and the valves are shot.
She is white with a white top, was a TX car at one time.
2 speed Jetaway trans.

 

There were 12,628 Cutlass Convertibles made in '65, including 3,468 442 convertibles.

 

Was at the shop today,got to hear her purr...
got to love that sound. Will be home on the 26th.
Got to see my old valves.... they were shot
Oh Yea

 

I wonder how many are left?
Last I checked there were 3 here in IL
Got her back today, runs great now

My Alero is my daily driver I ordered from the factory March 2001
Tried to get the 8 with the 5 speed but had to settle with a 4
