Need Help On My 75 Salon Window Seal

I need to replace the outer window seal on the drivers door on my 1975 Cutlass Salon. I have a couple of problems that I could sure use some help with. First, where the heck can I get this seal? I've run out of places to search. Secondly the rubber almost seams to be vulcanized onto the chrome strip that goes on the top of the door panel. My question is is it removeable from the chrome channel or is it purchased as an assembly? The existing seal literally crumbles when it's touched. The picture shows where the seal mounts. Thanks everyone.

That is the outer beltline seal. The earlier ones fit into the chrome with a tab that slid behind the chrome between it and the door. Not sure how yours is made. For my 1965, I am getting them from Restoration specialties, but have been waiting 6 months !
