Lowering spindles and springs
I have a 71 Cutlass S. 350/auto. Looking to get 2 inch drop spindles, stock height front springs and 1 inch lowering rear springs. Are there any preferences of manufacturer or retail location?
Thank You!

Take a look at some of the info on the ATS AFX spindles. It appears the 2" drop spindles cause more sever bump steer and other geometry problems. But it all depends on how you drive and what you expect.
One indicator is to look for spindles that still use the bolt-on steering arms. The cast-on arms tend to be in worse positions.
Depending on the drop you want, a combination of tall lower ball joints plus moderate spring drop can get you there, and get better geometry.
